Tineco GO PET Vacuum Test Results…

  • Simple assembly. This vacuum took less than five minutes to put together, and I found it super easy to convert it from a full-length vacuum into a handheld one as I cleaned. Plus, you get accessories like an extension wand, crevice tool, wall-mounting bracket, dusting brush, and mini power brush along with the vacuum. The bracket takes a bit more time to set up, but helps keep your room clutter-free.

  • Suction. They say it has 8X the suction power of Tineco’s standard products — and I can tell. Not only does it pick up pet hair easily, but it also helps keep my hardwood, tile, and carpeted floors clean in the summer when my dog is going in and out of the backyard all day long. Dirt and sticks included.

  • Ease of use. The vacuum has three modes: Eco, Auto, and Max. Personally, I’m a big fan of Auto mode. Not only will the machine detect the amount of debris it’s about to pick up (which I could tell from the colorful sensors), but it also adjusts suction power based on the mess. No notes.

  • One-touch dustbin. The large dustbin was easy to empty into the garbage, thanks to its one-touch, EZ-pull lever.  However, I did have to go in with my hands to unravel some hair and lint that got wrapped around the filter part of the dust bin. The good news is that it clearly caught practically everything on my floor.

  • Powerful headlights. Dark corners are no match for the LED headlight on the Tineco GO PET, which makes it easy to see which areas need to be cleaned.

  • Battery power. Even though the battery was a bit heavy (shoutout to the wall mount for keeping the vacuum steady and upright when not in use), the hour-long runtime makes it easy to clean my space over and over again without needing to recharge.

Tineco GO H2O Sense Test Results…

  • Ease of (multi-purpose) use. With a simple tilt of the handle and the touch of just one button, this device is ready to get to work. And by “work,” I mean mopping and vacuuming at. the. same. time. — with built-in sensors that adjust performance in real time. It also comes with its own cleaning solution that I used on both tile and wood. It didn’t take long to make all the floors in my home (especially in my kitchen) sparkle.

  • Smooth handling. I was expecting this machine to be clunky and difficult to handle since it’s doing two things at once. But the opposite could not be more true. It’s cordless, lightweight, and even has a self-propel assist feature that makes cleaning tough messes easy no matter what type of flooring you’re using it on.

  • Enhanced edge cleaning. I’m not sure what they put into the head of this product, but the brush is incredibly effective. It’s designed to get every inch of every corner and doesn’t leave any streaks when you’re using water. I’m also giving it extra bonus points for how quickly the floors dry after being cleaned, which saves us from waiting around before we can walk through our home.

  • Self-clean mode. Cleaning a cleaning device seems…counterintuitive to me, which is why I especially loved that this floor washer has a self-clean mode that keeps everything smelling fresh and helps prevent bacteria from building up. Oh, and the clean and dirty water containers are kept separate so you know you’re always washing with clean, fresh water.

Sidenotes...

  • Series debut. Both of these floor cleaners are a part of Tineco’s newly launched GO series. Each product in this series combines the brand’s powerful cleaning technology with easy, cordless handling and a wallet-friendly price point. So you can be sure you’re getting the best quality (bang) for your buck.

  • Light indicators. Both testers commented on the “status lights.” Each device uses a color system: red to indicate debris and blue to indicate no debris — so users can feel confident that they’re picking up everything on their floors and rest easy when they’re all done cleaning.
