Dose for your Liver. The first time I opened this bottle to measure out my shot into the reusable shot glass, I braced myself. The bright orange liquid (which is marketed as a supplement for your liver health with turmeric, ginger, milk thistle, dandelion, and orange) screamed at me that it would be tough to put down. But when I took my first sip, I realized I was a girl who was going to be okay. I didn’t experience any of the watering eyes or burning throat that I normally do when I take a ginger shot. It tastes like a less acidic orange juice combined with a bit of spice from the turmeric. After consuming Dose daily for over a month, did I feel like my liver was being supported? I’d say yes; on mornings I was feeling a little rough, it made me feel more balanced — like my body was getting what it needed. On days I was feeling great, I couldn’t notice anything per se, but it definitely felt good to be taking care of my body. ($90/3-pack)
Sidenotes…
At times, I felt a cooling sensation in my chest as the liquid went down, (which I didn’t mind). If I ate something right before taking it, the feeling was considerably less.
I love that it comes with a reusable shot glass to make it more sustainable, but you can buy the individual shots at local stores.
