Simple sample collection. The small box comes with everything you need to easily collect a sample in the privacy of your home, including a pamphlet with detailed step-by-step instructions, a sterile swab, a transport tube (aka where you put your sample after you collect it), a biohazard bag, and a pre-paid envelope for seamless shipping. Oh, and there are exactly zero blood samples required.
Fast processing. I could see my results in the secure online portal within the two-to-five-day window. I also got text message reminders when my sample arrived at the lab and when my results were ready.
Easy-to-understand results. I logged in with my username and password and easily found the lab results section of the portal. It displayed the results for each type of vaginosis they’d tested for, along with topline essential info. I also had the option to download a more detailed report and discuss my results with their team of clinicians.

How I did my homework…
I tested LetsGetChecked’s Vaginitis Test from start to finish. I received the test in the mail and opened the package to find everything I needed to collect my sample and send it back. I activated my test kit online, collected my sample during the recommended window, and scheduled a pickup time with UPS. I received texts when my sample arrived at the lab and when the results were ready. I signed onto the secure portal and saw my results, all while noting how seamless and secure the whole process was.
