Products you buy through our links may earn us a commission. Oh, and if something's out of stock, oops, it was there (and all prices were accurate) at time of publication.

We’ll admit it: One major perk of our job as editors is that we get to try out tons of products to let you know if they’re truly worth your hard-earned money. We’re also just avid shoppers, so in the spirit of tossing gatekeeping to the curb, we’re sharing a few standout favorites from the past month that we usually reserve for the group chat. Welcome to the inside scoop.

Sojourn Pottery

A set of pottery dishes that makes us feel sophisticated...

I'm moving at the end of this year, so one of the things I'm already thinking about is getting rid of items I've grown to dislike. I've been dying to replace my old set of dishes and bowls, and when I came across this starter bundle from Sojourn, I immediately fell in love. I got the set in the Costa colorway, and my god, it is beautiful. Everything is dishwasher- and microwave-safe, but that's not the best part. The entire set is so skillfully crafted; it looks like an adult's set of dishware. I feel more grown up just owning it. Now when I set my table, everything matches and looks elevated. It was such a worthwhile investment; I know I'll have the set for years to come. –Alexandra Napoli ($259.25, Sojourn Pottery)

lulu-shirt
Lululemon

Our favorite shirt to wear to Pilates...

I’d like to be like other Pilates princesses and wear a matching set, but the truth is, I’m just more comfortable working out in a cropped vintage T-shirt. But when temperatures start to get chilly, I can’t bear to be cold in the studio, especially when I’ve dragged my butt out of bed early. I got one of these cropped long-sleeve tops last year to solve that problem, and I just picked up another one for this season. It’s the perfect cropped length (so I can see if I’m activating my abs), and the finger holes give it a cozy feel. I’m obsessed with the bright cobalt color. I know this shirt hates to see me coming when I’m picking out my Pilates outfit. –Martha Upton ($78, Lululemon)

nippies
Amazon

Nipple covers that actually stay all day...

I spent my September at lots of events — one in particular was a friend's wedding. These Nippies saved me because I didn't have to worry about figuring out which bra to wear or pack for all my different outfits. These are thick, flexible, provide ample coverage, and are undetectable. The best part: They have built-in lift tabs that allow you to pull the cups securely into place. One night, I wore them for around eight hours and they didn't budge once. Not to mention, they're super comfortable. –Margo Ghertner ({{dynamicPrice}}, Amazon)

cardigan
H&M

The perfect cardigan for this fall...

Every fall, I seek a highly specific type of cardigan: It must be a crew neck (V-neck cardigans are my personal pet peeve), hit *exactly* at the waistband of my jeans, and be soft enough to wear as a top, without a cami underneath. I’ve finally found it in this one from H&M. I got it in navy, which — I can't believe I'm saying this — I think is the new black. The best part? It’s a less-expensive alternative to the cult-favorite Sézane Gaspard cardigan I’ve been lusting after for a while. –Caroline Goldstein ($24.99, H&M)

planner
Target

The planner that made us love planners again...

For years, I was that girl — writing everything down in my planner, from ninth grade all the way through grad school. Then, out of nowhere, I became the queen of the digital calendar. Everything synced up perfectly on my phone and computer, and it was great...but I seriously missed the joy of physically writing out my day and crossing off those to-dos. So when my friend gifted me this planner, I felt like I was stepping back into a — dare I say — demure way of organizing my life. And yes, it’s from Tabitha Brown’s Target collection. It's not just about scheduling — it’s packed with pages to help you organize, set intentions, and reflect. –Sarai Thompson ($10, Target)

syrups
Skinny Mixes

Sugar-free syrups to add to your morning coffee...

I recently got a chance to try a variety of Skinny Mixes' caramel syrups (thanks in part to this video) and I'm truly in awe. I've never liked sugar-free syrups and always think they taste more like chemicals, but the opposite couldn't be more true for these. I really liked the caramel pecan syrup and have used it in my morning latte every day for about a month now. My set came with two pumps that I can add to any bottle to keep my countertop mess-free. I currently have about four more bottles I'm excited to dive into, but don't sleep on their cocktail syrups either. They've got a whole library of flavors to choose from, like dragon fruit acai or blueberry lavender. And each one has zero sugar, zero carbs, zero cals, and they're gluten-free. Cheers. –Alessandra Rey ($5.99+, Skinny Mixes)
